From this understanding we, at A puissance 3, continually develop and test our products to the highest ATEX standards, based on ISO 9000:2000 with additional specific quality requirements for potentially explosive atmospheres. Our goal is to ensure quality and reliability and give our customers peace of mind.
We require our quality assurance system to address the following points:
• Quality Control. We constantly evaluate our all quality processes to insure we offer the best innovative products and comply with metrological and regulatory standards. We want to prove to our clients we diserve their trust.
• Traceability of all our products and components, from suppliers to design, production and sales. Each of our products is identified by a unique serial number which characterizes its origin and manufacturing process. Thanks to this “identity card” we can identify and track a product or a component both in forward and backward direction.
• Tests and controls are integral parts of our manufacturing process to insure optimal reliability. Each product is individually controlled and rigorously tested at all stages of the process; from the reception of the electronic components to the products’ packaging.
• Product quality is also guaranteed by employee involvement at every stage of the manufacturing process. We promote internal communication and constant exchange of information between different departments of our company. Our employees are our greatest asset.
