Our quality assurance system is based on the reference frame ISO 9000-2000 and the requirements specific to the explosive atmospheres constraints.
Our quality strategy follows 4 major thrusts :
• Deliberated and active will of the management to maintain and make evolve continuously the quality system with the objective to guarantee to you the conformity of our products as well on the lawful level as the metrological aspects. Your confidence is deserved : we bring you evidences.
• Traceability of all the phases of manufacturing and all the products in particular by holding account of critical components or processes. The traceability is overall, as well in up direction as down. The serial number of a product is for us its identity card, it enables us to track down critical components or manufacturing phases.
• Tests and controls during each manufacturing step both to guarantee the conformity of the products and to ensure an optimum reliability. Each product is checked and tested individually. From the receipt of the components to the packing of the product any stage escapes from our vigilance.
• Commitment of everybody in the process according his responsibility level or competence, by supporting the information feedbacks, and by a versatility, the suitable skills for each need.
