VIBREX is a handy tool to check quickly continuities inside potentially explosive atmospheres. The continuity indication is made by vibrator that is why it is easy to use even inside dark, noisy or unapproachable areas.
VIBREX is a stand alone tool powered by a 1.5V battery AAA type which can only be replaced outside the hazardous area.
It is fitted with a 3m cable with either a test probe or a large opening clamp (clamping ability up to a 30mm diameter rung).
VIBREX complements ideally MATIS grounding system to check efficiently earth fittings and bonds.
VIBREX is a device in accordance with ATEX 94/9/EC. It can be used inside potentially explosive atmospheres gas (G) and/or dust (D).
